Wilfredo "Freddy" Santiago,

Vice President & Chief Inspector

Master craftsman Wilfredo “Freddy” Santiago is Vice President and Chief Inspector of Analar Custom Completions.

As a third-generation craftsman, Freddy’s talents for designing and hand-crafting exceptional custom helicopter interiors are in high demand in the corporate aviation industry. He brings to Analar Custom Completions his vast experience fabricating the interiors of helicopters and a variety of corporate jets, where he oversees the team of craftsmen and the production of each project.

Known throughout the aircraft completions industry as a perfectionist, Freddy acquired his sharp attention to detail through his family’s cabinet and home construction business in Puerto Rico. His father, grandfathers and uncles not only taught him the craft, but also the importance of exceeding customer expectations.

Freddy moved to New Jersey and joined Custom Aircraft Interiors in Teterboro. There, as an inspector and technician, he worked on Sikorsky helicopter completions, repairs and modifications for aircraft owners throughout the tri-state area.

In 1991, he founded Professional Aircraft Completions. The Teterboro company built a strong reputation nationwide for the quality of its helicopter completions and interior refurbishing of corporate jets. In 2011, Professional Aircraft Completions merged with Analar Corporation to become Analar Custom Completions.

As a master craftsman, Freddy’s philosophy follows the high standards set by his family long ago: Go the extra mile every time, because pleasing customers should always be the first goal. He is a master craftsman in:

  • cabin sound suppression systems

  • composite cocoon panel design and fabrication

  • foam cushion design and fabrication

  • fine upholstery

  • carpet custom installation

  • panel covering

  • honeycomb cabinet work
